100% Playground’s Mission
Our mission at 100% Playground is to make some of the stories become reality.
We believe in stories with and about:
- Kindness, braveness, freedom, authenticity, curiosity and decision.
- Personal journeys and adventures on the realm of self knowledge, self discovery, involvement and becoming aware of own change.
- Education being able to improve and strengthen us.
- Heroes venturing in the depths of their own aspiration discovering new passions on the way.
- Nature and assimilation of its simple laws permitting to refine the journey with a deeper understanding.
- Communities thriving through active participation.
We know for sure the first step is to truly believe in these stories and in the characters they create.
For the remaining steps we have set up a set of appropriate actions to include our vision.

The unknown inside of us
Don't defend empty spaces
Alergăm la birou. Alergăm printre sarcinile pe care le avem de rezolvat. Alegăm înspre sală doar pentru a alerga puțin pe banda de alergare. Alergăm printre oameni și printre evenimente. Suntem contra-cronomentru, noi și bombele cu ceas.
Atunci când ne lovim însă de necunoscutul din noi nu mai putem alerga. Facem pași mici, cu teamă, grijă și precauție. Uneori te împiedici în necunoscut și ai nevoie de unelte. Poate o lanternă, poate un nou limbaj, poate un prieten.
Pentru că înțelegem atât frumusețea, cât și fragilitatea și provocarea acestui proces, câteva dintre programele noastre vorbesc cu grijă și dragoste acestui necunoscut.

The hidden space between us yet to be discovered
The unknown between us seems sometimes an abyss from which you can hear echoes of Facebook, malice, alienation, rush, walls and honks. The bridges are being built nonetheless with time and presence. And “since there are no shops where you can buy friends, we have created a series of programs that bring us closer to each other.
Methods
Instrumente în lucru cu tinerii
Let those who have dreamed to change the world to rise one finger from the mouse. We know we are a numerous gang. We can be found among teachers, trainers, volunteers, animators, writers or skiers.
All of us who have taken small steps in this direction know how important the methods are in order to obtain the much needed successful result. After years of taming them while working with youngsters, children and adults, we have prepared a series of programs to offer you the necessary instruments in the learning process.

Mai multă comunitate, mai puțină singurătate
Zăpada s-a așternut peste oraș. Gerul din ultimele zile a înghețat oamenii de zăpadă ridicați de copii. E frig înăutru și afară. O vreme potrivită pentru un pahar cu vin în fața șemineului. Pe tine însă nu te așteaptă nimeni acasă. Pereții casei au uitat demult mirosul de fum. E prea mult timp de când nu ai mai avut cu ce să aprinzi focul. A început să devină același lucru dacă te așezi să dormi în stratul gros de zăpadă sau te întorci la casa înghețată de singurătate. Adormi.
